Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase! If you are not perfectly satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. When returning an item, please make sure you include the invoices and the returns card found in the package.

All items except accessories, swimwear, candles and home collection items can be refunded or exchanged when returned in their original condition with the tags attached.

Returning or exchanging a product will not be accepted unless the receipt is provided. If the product is damaged and has lost its value, the item purchased won’t be suitable for a refund or exchange.

The returned item will first be assessed by the PSC team. A refund or exchange will only be approved, if it follows the given terms above. Once it’s been approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

Please note that the prices displayed on our website do not include the return cost as the customer is responsible for this charge.

All refund transfers will occur within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
